Pontassieve – Florence
An ancient Tuscan farm (XV-XVI Century) , recently restored , situated on the top of the "Montefiesole"hill, far only 18 km from Florence, between the town Pontassieve and Rufina.
With its wide range of facilities the company offers 3 different vacation possibilities: it is possible to lodge in either comfortable rooms or suites with private bathroom in "Podere Casabella"and "Podere Casanova", or in independent fully equipped apartments in "Podere Monterifrassine" and "Podere Casanova" or in the villas ("Casanova 1", "Casanova 2", "Borgo Casanova", "Casa del Mugnaio").
In the "Podere Casabella" and "Podere Casanova" there are in total 9 standard double rooms and 6 family suites.
All rooms and suites are provided with a privat bathroom with shower.
In the house "Casanova" the rooms and the suites have been recently restored, and are provided with air conditioning.
Internet connession (wi-fi) in all rooms and suites.

Situated on the second floor, can com,unicate with apartments Canaiolo and Malvasia. On the lower floor ther is 1 bathroom with shower, living room with a twin sofa bed and kitchen corner. On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed.
Sangiovese 70 sq 4 (+2) people
Located on the second floor and composed by: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with a twin sofa bed and kitchen corner.
Malvasia 100 sq 4 (+4) people
The apartment is struttured on three floors. On the grond floor there is a living room with kitchen corner, on the first floor are a bedroom with two single beds, two single sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The second floor has one bedroom with two single beds and two single sofa beds.
Morellino 60 sq 2 (+2) people
The apartment is located at Podere Casanova , 250 m from the main house Casabella. It is on the ground floor and composed by: 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed.
The apartment has air condition.
Laurino 65 sq 2 (+2) people
The apartment is located at Podere Casanova, 250 m from the main house Casabella. It is composed by 1 bedroom with two single bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, living room with double sofa bed.

THE VILLAS
Villetta Casanova 1
It is situated 250 meters from the main house Casabella.
The villetta spread over two floors , equipped with air conditioning and can accomodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the first floor there is 1 twin room with extra single sofa bed and bathroom, and 1 double bedroom with bathroom.
Villetta Casanova 2
It is situated 250 meters from the main house Casabella.
The villa spread over two floors , equipped with air conditioning and can accomodate 9 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, 1 double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom. Ont he first floor there is 1 twin room with extra single sofa bed, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with own bathroom.
Borgo Casanova
The villa has a private garden (with umbrellas, deck chairs, barbecue) and can accomodate 16 people.
Borgo Casanova spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen on the right sude of the house, 1 dining room and and a second kitchen on the left side of the house. 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The upper floot is not connected :
On the right side of the house there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 triple bedroom with bathroom. On the left side on upper floor there are 2 double bedroom with own bathroom, 1 triple bedroom with large bathroom. Air conditioning in each bedroom and sitting room.
Casa Mugnaio
The house are a provate garden (with swimming pool, umbrellas, desk chairs, barbecue). Spread on two floors and can accomodate 6+4 people. It is provided with kitchen, a sitting room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bunk bed roooms, 1 bathroom on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom on the loft.
All apartments and villas has internet connession (wi-fi)
"Casabella" is the main house, where are also the reception, lounges with the fireplaces and a dining room.
In the morning guests can have a rich buffet breakfast in the restaurant, located in the "Casabella" house.
The snack bar on the terrace of Casabella, near the swimming pool, serves with a quick buffet lunch (upon advance prenotation).
In the evening the "Mulino" restaurant offers typical dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisin, made with high quality raw materials at zero km.
The shop of the farm ("Bottega") offer different products to by , from basic products (bread, milk, pasta etc.) to tipical products (such as slumi, cheeses, organic olive oil and wines atc.)

How to find the farm
General conditions:
- the booking will be considered valid only if guaranteed by a down payment of 30% of whole cost and transferred to the account indicated,
- the remaining value is to be paid upon arrival,
- in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before rental starting due to force majeur causes, the down payment will be considered forfaited,
- arrival / departure: Saturday
time of arrival: 15.00-19.00
time of departure: until 10.00
