Ap. nr. 2202 – Ground floor. Kitchen with a glass wall and view over the green valley, living room with double sofa bed and air-conditioning, double bedroom with bathroom.
Ap. nr. 2203 - First floor. Double bedroom with bathroom, small kitchen,
Ap. nr. 2204 - First floor. 2 double bedrooms, one of them in the attic room, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed.

How to find the farm:
Exit from the Firenze-Siena motorway at the exit Valdichiana-Bettolle. Take the link road at Monteriggioni and follow for Colle Val d'Elsa. Turn left towards Badia a Isola, go on until the end of this street for about 5 km and then turn right (direction of Colle Val d'Elsa), then turn immediately left and cross the Santa Giulia bridge. After the bridge take the road on the right to Mensanello. Go on until the loc. Lano. The entrance of the farm in the square of loc. Lano.
General conditions:
- the booking will be considered valid only if guaranteed by a down payment of 30% of the whole cost and transferred to the account indicated,
- the remaining value is to be paid upon arrival,
- upon arrival the owner is allowed to ask for a security payment of 155 €, which will be reimbursed at departure, as soon the owner has checked that the apartment is in good condition and that no equipment is missing,
- cancellation policy:
from 30 to 21 days before arrival - 30% of the total price
from 20 to 11 days before arrival - 50% of the total price
from 10 to 06 days before arrival - 70% of the total price
from 05 to 0 days before arrival - 100% of the total proce
- the final cleaning is included in the price. If on deaprture the apartments are not left clean and tidy, the owner is entitled to ask for a compensation of 30 € for extra cleaning work,
